Judge Adolf Whitwhisker is a member of the Kin who successfully made a career in criminal justice in the human world. He has a soft spot for Kin who don't know their origins - as he did not when he was young - and so makes an effort to judge those cases involving accidental or unavoidable Kin law-breaking before some ignorant Ever-Dying human might. He has a very good working relationship with Dr. Ranier Blood, premier Mythos psychologist, who works with Kin to help them adapt more successfully to the modern world. Whitwhisker knows how effective Ranier is at this because Ranier got him off the street and into the courtroom many years before.
